Suites

Cranbrook Suites are truly ‘quality suites’ for independent living seniors.  The complex provides 48 individual one-bedroom units, suitable for singles and couples.

All units are fully furnished, and are fitted with a kitchenette, a small refrigerator, a microwave and hot plates.  The large ensuites are fitted with grab rails and can comfortably accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids. The fold-down shower seat easily retracts against the shower wall.

All units are security screened and provide the added comfort of ceiling fans and a quite split air-conditioner which is essential for our climate.

All units are positioned throughout a tropical garden setting with covered pathways leading to the main complex.  Stay-over visitors are welcome and you can bring them along to meet all your new friends.

Whilst there are no on-site ‘care facilities’ provided by Cranbrook Suites, all tenants can simply transfer any personal care or home service package they may currently be receiving, or initiate a new service from a local provider.

Undercover car parking is available to residents on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.  A community laundry is available to all residents.  A weekly linen service is provided to all units.

While a personal care, emergency response service, is not offered by our on-site staff; our on-site caretaker is available to assist you to identify a suitable emergency response service to assist you, when you move in.
